North Port Land - Present, Past & Future

Located in southern Sarasota County, Florida is the City of North Port. The city consists of 105 square miles and includes approximately 60,000 home sites of which about 30,000 are improved or will be improved by years end. The present population is estimated at 50,000 with a projected increase to 139,000 by the year 2019.

In order to move some property in early 2007 we have reduced prices to 2003 levels. During the peak of prices in mid to late 2005 standard lots were sold in the $40k to $65k range.
