In order to move some property in early 2007 we have reduced prices to 2003 levels. During the peak of prices in mid to late 2005 standard lots were sold in the $40k to $65k range. We have lots now, in the identical areas, that are priced in the low $30k range. We are offering flexible terms with just $500 down and we pay all closing costs.
